This is a development of 260 marina berths in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, with associated housing, a pub / restaurant and cinema. Argus Ecology carried out a programme of ecological survey works, with the assistance of specialist marine consultants Aquatic Environments, and produced an ecological impact assessment as part of the EIA for the proposed development. The site is close to the Pembrokeshire Marine SAC, and information was supplied to the regulatory authorities to support an Appropriate Assessment under Regulation 48 of the Habitats Regulations. The development received planning permission in February 2008.
