Client: Ethical Partnership / Groundwork North East
Our landlords, Groundwork North East, are currently developing a new environmentally sustainable office block on the same industrial estate as our current office base. Working with a sustainability specialist, we helped ensure the building was also ecologically sustainable. The site is close to a SSSI, and there is a great crested newt population in the wider vicinity of the site. We carried out vegetation and amphibian surveys, and assessed the ecological impact of the development.
